Hello again! I just finished a web-site refresh, and there’s a very good reason! I’m getting ready to start submitting my work to agents and editors! I’ve been putting it off for a while, trying to make sure that my work is where it needs to be. And that’s been really fun – building up a portfolio and revising my manuscripts – but now it’s time for the work to begin. I am mentally preparing myself for lots of rejections (a given in this industry), and I’ve stocked up on chocolate (luckily this co-incided with my son’s 4H chocolate bar fundraiser!) The next step is ordering up some postcards and making a list of 200 or so people to send them to! Wish me luck!
